7. Warranty

In case you intend to return a product, you must observe the applicable legislation, namely the provisions of articles, 6.0 and 8.0 of Decree-Law No. 143/2001 of 26 April as amended by Decree-Law No. 57/2008 of 26 March, by Decree- Law No. 82/2008 of 20 May and by Decree-Law No. 317/2009 of 30 October.

8. Returns and Right to withdraw from the contract

8.1 Right of free withdrawal:

8.2 Conditions of Return in case of contract termination:

        1. Articles without misuse signal and whose handling in any case exceed that which is normally permitted in a shop in the terms and for the purposes of the 3 art.o 13 and of the 2 art.o 14 of Decree-Law 24/2014 of 02/14.

        2. Return of the complete article, with all its components and original packaging in perfect condition.

        3. Return Period: Up to the 14th consecutive day, from the day of delivery, under the terms of number 1 of article 10 of Decree-Law 24/2014, of 14 February .

Refund: In the case of a return, the refund of the value of your purchase will be made by bank transfer , after validation of compliance with the return conditions described above, with XRW having a period of up to 14 days for this purpose.

The consumer must return the goods no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which he informed XRW of the decision to terminate the contract, having to bear the costs of returning the goods.

It is excluded from the right to terminate the contract, and the consumer may not freely terminate the following contract:

    - Supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly customized .
